Cooking description:

This is probably the easiest recipe for white bread in a bread maker and is great for those who have only recently purchased this miracle of technology. There is nothing complicated here, the most important thing is to read your bread machine’s instructions carefully, as there are tips on how to follow the proportions and cooking times for your particular model. Otherwise, this wonderful machine will do everything for you, and the quality will be at the highest level. So prepare the necessary ingredients, and I will tell you how to make incredibly delicious white bread in the bread machine.

  • Flour – 4 Cups
  • Water – 300 Milliliters
  • Sugar – 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt – 1.5 teaspoons
  • Butter – 2 Tablespoons
  • Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon

How to make “White bread in the bread machine”

Pour water into the container of the bread maker, then pour in the flour.

Now add the butter, salt and sugar.

Pour the yeast into a small depression in the flour.

The next steps depend on the model of your bread maker. For mine I chose the program crispy and medium toasted, we put the first mode, press the “Start” button, and the breadmaker begins to work.

Of course, the smart technique will do everything by itself, but its work should also be monitored sometimes. So, a few minutes after starting, we need to check the consistency of the dough. And if it is too liquid, add some flour.

After half an hour, we do one last check. Our dough should be elastic and firm. This is a nice dough ball I have, which means we can go on with our work.

Close the lid. From here on, the bread maker will do everything by itself, and we can do something more interesting.

When your delicious and flavorful bread is ready, the bread maker will give you a signal.

And we take it out of the mold right away, because it will be harder to do later. This is such a wonderful tall bread, I hope you like it.
